Sophie (age 2)…

Sophie just turned 2…and with 2 year olds (actually, with pretty much any kids), you never know what you’re gonna get ;) Sophie didn’t want anything to do with photos, turns out (to all of our surprise) the grass/field scared her (so she wouldn’t sit (even on a crate/suitcase/etc) because her feet would touch the grass), she wanted to be held (mostly by mama) the whole time…but still wasn’t too happy about it, etc :) To my surprise, I still managed to get a lot of cute shots (sorry Sophie, turns out I still won ;) hehe). Oh and we tried to do some shots with a colorful fiesta banner that I had bought last year (because Sophie’s 2nd b-day theme was a fiesta theme)…but as you can see…Sophie was not a fan. I literally got that ONE shot where she wasn’t crying ;) I added in the crying shot for the “It’s my party and i’ll cry if I want to” factor ;) Check out this cutie and her two awesome parents. Dad was hilarious! He introduced himself by saying “Hi, i’m Hiep….like “Hip Hip Hooray!” :) Loved it! Despite the obstacles, I still managed to capture the few smiles she flashed. Soooo cute….
