We love  The New Children's Museum! Not only because I work with them commercially ;) ....but also because it's an awesome place to go! I love that they have fun new activities/crafts all the time, the people who work there are amazing, we don't have to lather on ten tons of sunscreen, we don't have to be out in the blazing sun, etc, etc.  Plus it's close to daddy's work, so we usually grab lunch with him and then spend a few hours there and head home together :)

Vivian and Olivia are always fun to shoot. Vivian is a gorgeous girl who is a complete natural in front of the camera, has an awesome smile...and can jump perfectly (even though she claims she doesn't know how)! Olivia (who wouldn't let go of that lip gloss no matter what) wasn't so sure she wanted her pics taken.....but once I cracked her...it was over. Adorable smiles and giggles for days (ok, well not for days...more like 15 minutes ;) hehe). I personally love the lip gloss in every pic. It shows who she is right now, what she loves....and how much a sweet girly girl she is :) Just like security blankets, stuffed animals, etc....one day they'll look back on these pics and crack up at the lip gloss in every pic :) 

Lillian and Julianne were complete dolls...... 

 

I love this photo of Lillian. Her squishy cheeks, her beautiful blue eyes, the bit of pink polish left on her nails....and her super sweet look.......

Our dogphew (dog nephew), Peanut, is 1 today! :) After dinner tonight, we sang him "Happy Birthday" and gave him his doggy cupcake. This little guy is moving to Philly in a few weeks....and we're gonna miss him :(   But I guess I have an excuse to go visit Philadelphia now ;) If you're from Philly and interested in a shoot...let me know...so that I have more of an excuse to go over there ;)

In case you haven't noticed, the blog has been a little slow for the past week or so ;)  3 of my shoots from the past few weeks were postponed/rescheduled, but honestly that happening couldn't have been at a better time. My mom flew in from Taiwan a few weeks ago, so it's been great spending time with her (since we only get to see her once a year). She leaves on Monday, so having this time off has been an absolute blessing....and i'm making sure to use up these next few days to spend more time with her before she leaves. Don't worry though, twins are being born as I type (YAY E&S!), so along with that newborn shoot in the next week or so, i've got 2 other shoots next weekend....so the blog will be "back to normal" soon ;) 

To hold you over until the next post, here are some pics of miss PJ in her room today. I just sat down with the camera and watched her do whatever she wanted. I'm shocked that it didn't entail any of her current obsessions (which are: long dresses, Indiana Jones (seriously, what 5 year old GIRL is THAT obsessed with Indiana Jones?? If I have to hear "I'm Willie" or "I'm Short Round" one more time..... ;) uggh), seaweed (the snack strips from the asian market), fake glasses, etc).  

 

.........and yes.....there really was a pig in pink underwear ;)
