...or even better....THREE! :) I looooove puppies period, but these 3 hold a special place in my heart. They belong to some of our very best friends, and I was lucky enough to be there the night that they were born. I have watched them grow from teeny tiny gerbil looking pups into chubby, squishy and freakin' ADORABLE little pups. Anyway, I snapped a few pics yesterday while we were outside playing with them. I know that everyone is a sucker for adorable pups, so enjoy!.......

I've photographed Norah since just around her 1st birthday. Norah will be 4 in a few weeks and was SO much fun at this mini! She definitely stole the show ;) Gabriel had been in a leg cast for a month and had just gotten it off.....so he was off and running the whole shoot. I don't blame him! If I was in a cast for a month, I wouldn't be sitting around either! The best part about Gabriel is that he is hilarious. He totally got a kick out of the fact that we were trying to corral him into the pics. He would walk away, turn and look us with a "HA! Just TRY and get me!" mischievous smile and take off running. Oh and one of my favorite things about these kiddos?? Their hair!! Curls for days! I love it! :)  Again, no "holiday card"-ish pics, but here are some others of this super cute family :) 

A year ago I took Madison's newborn photos .......and wow has she grown! She is still gorgeous as ever.....and if you can believe it, her eyelashes are even longer and more full now!  Miss Maddy preferred holding onto and walking around the little crate I brought. I have a feeling she'll be running in no time! Mama was really hoping for the ideal (everyone looking) family photo (and I got a bunch! - Yes, even with a 1 year old and a pup!), but since I can't post any of those, here are some other cute shots from this mini session :) 

 

Yesterdays mini sessions were urban (one of my faves), and I had fun running around with 3 adorable families (it was supposed to be 4, but one kiddo had a fever, so theirs will be this weekend instead - feel better soon, Dev!).

This family included a super cute 2 year old named Matheus. Mom wasn't sure we would get any "everyone looking/smiling/holiday card-ish" shots....but Matheus was AWESOME and they will have MORE than plenty to choose from ;) So, without showing any of those shots, here are a few other shots from their mini session. These are the shots I love most anyway. These are real, genuine moments of a family having fun together. Daddy and Matheus love playing basketball together, so I was more than happy to have the ball join in on some pics :)

It's always awesome to see familiar faces.....and this time of year is when I see most of those familiar faces. I've been photographing this family since Makenna was Lyla's age.....and last year at this time, Lyla was still in mommy's tummy :) As with any shoots that involve 2 year olds....it was a bit of a challenge....but throw in a 6 month old and the family pup and it's even more of a challenge ;) We managed though, and just like my other recent posts, I won't be posting any photos that might possibly be used for holiday cards. Check out this adorable family :) Oh and mama gets a few extra pics since I wasn't able to get any pics up until today (and she had to suffer since Thursday waiting to see a peek) ;)
