Jacob is a pretty familiar face around here. This was my third shoot with him.....and this time it was not only for his 3rd birthday, but also for some family photos which included his mom & dad, grandma, grandpa, his uncle......and grandma and grandpa's dog Zoe!

If you are in San Diego, you'll know that this past Sunday was one of the hottest days EVER (yes, even hotter than Saturday LOL).  We battled the extreme heat and sun.....and most of us (ok, mainly Jacob and I) were beet red within the first 30 minutes ;)   As hot and miserable as it was, Jacob did amazing. Oh and to give you an idea of how hot it was, as we were heading back to the car, Heather (Jacob's mom) said "Lots of black and whites to hide the red faces, ok? ;)". 

I love this one because not only is Zoe walking along with the gang....but Jacob is totally looking at me and smiling :) 

I know it's a little overboard with the walking shots, but I love these with Zoe walking by :) 

This weekend I had SEVEN shoots. 6 were minis (back to back on Saturday), but still.....seeing as though it was over 90 degrees during all 7 shoots.....I almost died ;) Since there are a ton of sneak peeks I want to share, i'll break these up into a few posts.  I spent 30 minutes with each client and knocked out the shots as fast as I could......all while sweating to death.  A huge thank you to the Totten fam, who after their shoot, surprised me and showed up during my next shoot with a huge ice cold lemonade for me :) It was officially the best lemonade EVER! Speaking of which, i'll start with some of the images from their shoot. They are huge Johnny Cash and Beatles fans, so I really liked the B&W look for their pics......

I wish his shirt was down a teeny bit more in this one....because it would have read "CASH".....which is his name :) 

Tallulah and Cash......and no, I didn't tell her to hug him......she just did...because she's an awesome big sister like that :) 

Since i'm on a B&W roll.....here were my first clients of the day.... Alyssa and her big brother Carson :) 

Atalanta and Camille were just picture perfect. Both are fomer Ford models.....and I know exactly why. How cute are they??

You might recognize Lily and Brady from a few photos in my gallery :) These pics were mainly for Brady's 1st birthday, but poor Brady wasn't his usual happy go lucky self. I still got some cute shots though :) 

These 3 sisters were not only gorgeous, but completely sweet and polite.  

Since there were 5 people in this session, i'll be posting more pics for this one........

Good looks definitely run in the family, because their half siblings Jack and Gia are adorable!!

Ok, and 2 extra photos because I love them too........

Kayla and Curren just signed with http://www.zurimodelandtalent.com/ and needed some head shots. Kayla was a total ham in front of the camera and Curren is just such a chubby wubbers who we had to work harder for to crack smiles since there was just too much going on for him to look at. Both will do amazing in the modeling field i'm sure!
