It's all in a name............

This past weekend we headed up to Huntington Beach for PJ's friend Caly's 4th birthday party. It was at a super cute place called - http://www.bearsbuddiesntoys.com/

At the party each kiddo got to pick a stuffed animal and outfit. PJ OF COURSE picked out the hot pink and white poodle....along with silk pajamas (someone is obsessed with "foofy" dogs.....anything from poodles to chihuahuas, etc.....a.k.a "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" and crew). Anyway, so all of the girls are telling everyone what they have named their animal...."Anna", "Puppy", "Bella", etc....... and what does PJ name hers???......

"POODIE!"

Yeah....what in holy hell!? LOL. 

At first I was thinking "Pootie....like the movie "Pootie Tang"?  hahaa...but apparently it's just her shortened version of Poodle....."Poodie". Nice.  She's infamous for random nicknames like that. In fact, i'm sometimes "Mommy Mommerton", her beloved stuffed bunny is "Buns Buns", etc.   

Even funnier is the meaning of poodie on Urban Dictionary:

All this week she's been taking "POODIE" everywhere....so imagine the fun I have when going to Target or somewhere and she yells out "MOMMY! CAN POODIE COME TOO!?".     Of course I can't say it, but i'm thinking "Yes PJ...you can bring your dog fart with you ;)"

So yesterday I walk into my room to find that PJ has dragged her little mini chair into our bedroom.....and Poodie is all lounged out on it....like she owns the freakin'  place......

She sure does love her though............
